Client Background

Maxfair & Company Ltd. is a homeopathic pharmaceutical manufacturer in Bangladesh producing mother tinctures and potentised medicines for distribution through pharmacies and dispensaries nationwide.

The Client's Problem

Before working with AlfaSoft, Maxfair managed its production, inventory, and sales operations through a combination of paper registers and disconnected spreadsheets. This created several operational challenges:

Batch Manufacturing Records were maintained on paper, making them slow to search and easy to lose or damage.
Raw material stock levels were not visible in real time, leading to production delays when tinctures or packing materials ran low unexpectedly.
There was no systematic way to trace a finished product batch back to the raw materials and process steps used to produce it.
Sales and distribution data lived separately from inventory, so the warehouse team frequently had inaccurate stock counts.

The Solution
